Honesty

I may not tell you what you want to hear, but I'll tell you the truth!  My job isn't just to stick a lock box on your door or stand around and twiddle my thumbs while you look at houses.  I'll do my research and give my opinion.

Calm

It would be nice if every home purchase or sale went smooth as silk, but between bargaining over price, home inspections and closing issues a lot of times they don't.  Sometimes buyers and seller have to deal with issues that aren't even their fault.  If that happens you need an agent who doesn't play the blame game.  I just take care of business.

Excited

Trust me, if I didn't enjoy being a Real Estate Agent, I wouldn't do it.  I love helping people find houses and I love helping people sell their houses (as long as they don't want to overprice - see there's the honesty I was telling you about).  I love bargaining over sales price and whatever else can be bargained over.  I take every job personally and want for you what I would want for myself: A great deal and a great house!

Knowledgable Investor

You can buy all the books and discs off of TV Infomercials that you want, but there is nothing like talking face to face with another real estate investor here in Wichita.  I've been investing in real estate rental properties for over 6 years now and I know a lot of the pitfalls of the business and what to look for in a potential rental property.  (Coming Soon: "The Ten Commandments of Real Estate Investing" by Mandy Tbaba)
